the shipping and receipt of goods. You may choose the transport company of your
preference or schedule a pickup from our facilities. Below you will find all
the necessary information regarding each process:
Delivery
to a Transport Company of the Customer's Choice
Our company
provides the option of delivering goods to a transport agency/carrier selected
by the customer.
- Free
Delivery: Transport
to the transport agency's facilities within Athens is provided free of
charge.
Delivery Costs: Following the delivery of the goods to the transport agency of the customer's choice, all costs shall be borne by the recipient customer.
- Obligation
to Inform: When
placing an order, the customer must include the transport agency's full details
in the comments section (Trade Name, Exact Address, Contact Telephone
Number, etc.).
Liability for Transport: Upon delivery of the goods to the transport agency, the responsibility and liability for the transport and the integrity of the products shall lie exclusively with the buyer and the transport company.
Pickup
from Company Headquarters
The option
to pick up goods directly from our central facilities at 69 Ipirou &
Lambrou Katsoni, Agioi Anargyroi 13562, is available.
- Payment Method: Payment may be completed upon
pickup, in accordance with the company’s established payment methods.
- Scheduling Pickup: To avoid delays and ensure the
smooth operation of our warehouse, arrival at our premises is permitted only
after prior telephone communication and confirmation that the order is
ready for pickup.
- Operating Hours: Pickups take place daily from 9:30
AM to 4:30 PM.
Special
Cases
Recognizing
the specific needs of our partners, we offer the possibility of delivering
orders directly to your premises using our own transportation means. This
applies to special cases and requires prior communication to confirm delivery
availability.
- Criteria: This service is activated
based on the total value of the order and upon prior arrangement.
- Applicable to: Orders within the Attica
region.
